Welcome to a Local Game of Darts!

Good wins for Scotty “too hotty” Waites over first time finalist Neil Sidebottom in the men’s competition as we move in another direction with separate comps for Ladies and Youths. Winning Lady was Laura Tye who had a break from running the shop to win the ladies money and one of the football cards. Unlucky loser in this was Louise Simmonds. The youth’s competition was won by Kai Haddock over young Maison Wilson.

Upcoming Fixtures

Here are the next few dates on the 2015 fixture list:

Match Report from Rowland Road

“The man nicknamed ‘Tony the Tiger’ looked to have made the decisive break through in leg 7 as he put together the best leg of the game so far by taking out a 108 finish for a 15 dart leg, ‘they’re Gggreat’ as his counterpart from ‘The Frosties’ advert used to say when sprinkling ice cold milk over the breakfast cereal and the same term could have been used to describe Tony’s darts in that finishing combination. However there was to be no sugar coated end for Tony…” – read match report.

BDP tournaments are open tournaments played throughout the year at selected venues. Every dart player is welcome, whether they are new to the game or a professional player. We also welcome youth and lady players.
